Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without any obligation to justify your decision.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, including all original components (accessories, manual, etc.).

Regarding books, these are shipped in sealed plastic sleeves. Opening this sleeve does not affect your right of withdrawal, but if the returned product is clearly used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent via a carrier providing tracking.

Refund

Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days. This refund will include the price of the item as well as the standard initial shipping costs (excluding express or special options).
