Customers in the United States

In accordance with U.S. customs law (HTSUS – Chapter 49), printed books are exempt from customs duties and import taxes.
Since all our editions are exclusively printed works, no customs fees will be applied to orders shipped to the United States.

Processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping methods and destinations

We ship worldwide via reliable carriers (La Poste/Colissimo, UPS, FedEx, depending on the destination).
Delivery times generally range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and destination.

Customs duties and international taxes

• Customers outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, which remain their responsibility.
• Customers in the United States benefit from a full exemption from customs duties applicable to printed books.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel is shipped. You will be able to follow your delivery online.

Delivery Address

Customers are kindly requested to verify the accuracy and completeness of their shipping information at the time of order.

In the event of an incomplete, incorrect, or non-standard address (according to the postal requirements of the destination country), the responsibility of the carrier cannot be engaged.

If a parcel is returned to the sender for these reasons, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

No refund can be issued in the event of loss resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at the time of order.
