Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our online store www.leluthdore.com. By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the site at the time of the order. We take great care in describing and presenting these products. However, slight variations may exist, particularly in colors, depending on the screens used.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, excluding taxes. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Shipping fees are specified before order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order.

Order

Any order implies acceptance of prices and product descriptions available for sale. After payment validation, an order confirmation is sent by email.

Payment

Payment is made online via secure methods offered during checkout (Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). The order is considered confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 7 business days. Delivery is made by standard tracked shipping within an estimated 10 to 15 days depending on destination. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition, at the customer’s expense. See our return policy for more details.

Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Le Luth Doré® until full payment of the order.

Liability

Le Luth Doré® cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products.

Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Le Luth Doré®’s registered office.
