Award-winning lutenist and guitarist Peter Croton is an active performer & recording artist as soloist & accompanist. In the press he has been called a "lyric poet of the lute" and has been praised for his "breathtaking virtuosity" and "astonishing range of tone colors and dynamics.

Lutenist Richard Stone has performed as soloist and accompanist worldwide. The New York Times called his playing “beautiful” and “lustrously melancholy,” while the Washington Post described it as having “the energy of a rock solo and the craft of a classical cadenza.”

His CDs get high praise [4 stars] in respected international magazines as Fanfare, Diapason, Le Monde de la Musique, Goldberg, etc. The prestigious British Early Music magazine begins its August 2009 extensive review of the Cardin/Weiss recording by “Discussions of Weiss recordings in recent issues of this journal made no mention of the most remarkable project of all, [by] the French-Canadian lutenist Michel Cardin”.

His solo recording debut The Galant Lute results from his desire to make it possible for modern audiences to experience the charming, galant and colorful sound of the lute through an original and previously unheard repertoire.

In addition to his activities as a performer, Paul O'Dette is an avid researcher, having worked extensively on the performance and sources of seventeenth-century Italian and English solo song, continuo practices and lute technique.

He recently completed his doctorate in Early Music Performance at the Eastman School of Music, where his advisor was the renowned lutenist, Paul O'Dette. Wilke performs widely, having given solo recitals in Italy and Germany as well as throughout the United States. On several occasions, he lectured at the Guitar Foundation of America's Convention and the American Musicological Association's Annual Meeting.
